Ricardo Ledo has a new home after transferring to Notre Dame Prep.

A few weeks of rumors were put to rest on Wednesday night when word broke that junior swingman Ricardo Ledo had officially transferred to Notre Dame Prep.

"He's here," Notre Dame Prep head coach Ryan Hurd confirmed on Wednesday night.

Ledo began the year at the South Kent School and made a Christmas commitment to his hometown Providence Friars last month.

The 13th ranked player and third best shooting guard in the national class of 2011 joins an already stacked Notre Dame Prep roster that is headlined by his former AAU teammate Khem Birch among others.

"We're going to spend some time getting to know him," Hurd said, "and then figure out how to best integrate him into our line-up."

Ledo is one of the best pure scorers in the entire country and had played to rave reviews during the first half of his season at South Kent.
